Spin
Don't jump to conclusions - Spin has a bad rep and I'm here to change your mind!

As far as a cardio-heavy class goes that works those legs as much as it does the lungs, whilst keeping impact low, you'll struggle to find a better option that Spin!
​
Classes are all set to some pretty awesome music choices too (if I do say so myself) and performed in an "exercise to music" manner - meaning that you really can get lost in the music while having an excellent workout!
​
On a serious note - Spin is a FANTASTIC class for all fitness levels. You are in charge the whole time - if you need to rest you can, slow down, sit down, lower the resistance - you are in control. Even when you may need to rest, you can continue to work at your own pace, without disrupting the class & without having to fully to stop. And you can still enjoy the atmosphere!

Pound
Channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energising & sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums!

Instead of listening to music you become the music! This exhilarating workout combines cardio conditioning & strength training with yoga & pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for the class.

Designed for ALL fitness levels - Pound provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energised, toning up & rocking out! All moves are easily modified for differing fitness levels & the welcoming philosophy encourages all ages & abilities

Booty Bands
The latest edition of classes I'm excited to bring to you all! A 30 minute class using some of the most underrated yet effective pieces of fitness equipment around - resistance bands!

With classes choreographed to music you just know that you're going to get a kick-ass lower body & core workout! Designed to make you sweat, squat & sometimes swear your way through half an our with me!
​
The bands come in 3 different difficulty levels - Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced, yet all exercises can also be done without the bands for those maybe feeling a little nervous or just starting out.
